Exeter 1031 Exchange Services's new Bakersfield Branch Office is located at 4420 Easton Drive, Suite 101, Bakersfield, CA 93309 and will be under the leadership of Steven W. Monk who is vice president and regional manager of Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC.
