The idea for this Forum was an excellent suggestion by Byron Meo and Saletta Hatchett with The Meo Group. They pointed out that we had a Forum to discuss 1031 Exchange strategies and structures and a Forum for TIC Investments Issues, but we did not have a Forum for the majority of investors that were completing a 1031 Exchange and looking for like-kind replacement properties other than TIC Investments.
