Happy New Year everyone!  We have much to be grateful and thankful for in 2007.  Our Exeter 1031 exchange team is very excited to announce that Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC had an incredible 2007. 

Revenue Is Up by 44%

It has certainly been a challenging real estate market that seemed to get progressively worse through out the year, but our hard work paid off.  While we do not release specific financial data about any of our operations, I can say that our revenue from 1031 exchange business increased by 44% over our revenue numbers for 2006 when many of our competitors have reported a decrease in revenue for year-over-year comparisons. 

New Offices Opened

We opened our Ontario, California branch office in early 2007 in order to better serve our client base in the Riverside and San Bernardino Counties and added another branch office location in the later part of 2007 with the opening of our Bakersfield, California branch office.  We also added another business development officer - Samuel Lee - to service our San Diego County clientele. 

New Exeter Radio Show Launched

We rolled out and officially launched our very own internet based radio show - The Exeter Group Real Estate Talk Radio Show.  You can learn more about our radio program at http://www.exetergroupradio.com.

New Exeter Discussion Board Launched

And, we designed and launched this Exeter Discussion Board so that investors could discuss real estate related issues, including 1031 exchange related challenges, strategies, and structures. 

And, we have accomplished all of this while many of our competitors are downsizing, reducing staff, closing offices, etc.
