Tracy Turner, President, Chief Executive Officer, Founder of TIC Consultants, a division of Turner Financial Group, Inc. will join us in studio again to continue the discussion on evaluating and selecting TIC investment properties with an emphasis on due diligence and what to look for in the Private Placement Memorandum ("PPM") when evaluating TIC properties.

We will also be joined by a real estate broker specializing in one to four units as investment property.  We will provide additional details as they become available.
