I live with my parents and I want to be separate, that’s the reason am desperate to buy my own place. I cannot afford much but if the necessity arises I can go for finance. Do you people have any good ideas that can help me to get my dream house? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Good for you!  It is always a great goal to get into your own home.  I would sit down with a local mortgage advisor/counselor (not mortgage broker) that can evaluate your situation in terms of what you can afford and what you can qualify for and then present you with the various options that you might have.  They can also help you prepare for the financing process by helping you with your credit, financial statements, etc.  We can refer you to a mortgage advisor/counselor if you do not know of one.  What area are you in?

 That is a good thing, moving on and living independently. Well most of us will definitely go for financing. You can search for companies who can offer you a very low interest and try to compare those companies.
