We had been getting a lot of requests for a brochure that is more than our standard "rack brochures" but not as detailed as our Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Reference Manual.  We set out to create a mini-version of our reference manual that would be more like a concise quick reference guide than a full blown reference manual.  So, hot off the presses this week, we introduce A Guide to 1031 Exchanges.
