We are very excited to announce that Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC is the first 1031 exchange Qualified Intermediary to rollout a combined 1031 exchange and cost segregation study service for commercial real estate investors.  We brought this new cost segregation analysis service to market in June 2008 and have been testing our procedures and processes since then.  We are now ready to roll it out publicly.
