We have a prospective client that is interested in property in Pittsburg. He will have approximately $1.6 million in equity and will be completing a 1031 exchange into the Pittsburg property. He is willing to look at any commercial property as long as it is in Pittsburg. He is not interested in the standard “Walgreens” triple net lease or tenant-in-common investment properties.
