    IRS Issues Tax Relief for North Dakota Counties

    March 24, 2009--St. Paul--Victims of recent severe storms and flooding in North Dakota may qualify for tax relief from the Internal Revenue Service.

    Following severe storms and flooding on March 24, 2009, the President declared Adams, Barnes, Billings, Burleigh, Cass, Dickey, Emmons, Foster, Grand Forks, Griggs, Hettinger, Kidder, LaMoure, Logan, McIntosh, Mercer, Morton, Nelson, Ransom, Richland, Sargent, Steele, Stutsman, Towner, Traill and Williams counties a federal disaster area qualifying for individual assistance.
