Questions about Energy Reduction Tax Credits

I’m a commercial architect and I’ve heard there are tax deductions available for completion of municipal projects involving energy reduction.  How do I know if my firm is eligible for these deductions?

Good afternoon.  Eligibility for the pass through deduction is based on the project completed meeting the EPAct requirements and the firm's status as primary designer for the project.

The firm pays for the study costs and is able to apply the determined deductions based on the results.

Please let me know if you have addiitonal questions. We work with architect firms nationwide to receive their appropriate deductions.
