Tracy Turner is the founder and President of TIC Consultants, a financial advisory firm based in Carlsbad, CA specializing in 1031 exchanges and TIC investments. Tracy holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska and has earned the Professional Designation Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) from the Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania. Tracy has over 23 years experience as a Financial Advisor, including 10 years as a Senior Vice President with the Smith Barney Consulting Group where he managed investment portfolios for corporate, non-profit, and high net-worth investors. As a Registered Representative and General Securities Principal, Tracy holds NASD Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 Securities Licenses. Tracy is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association and the Tenants in Common Association. Under Tracy’s direction, TIC Consultants is focused on helping real estate investors gain access to institutional-quality commercial real estate through TIC ownership. TIC Consultants works closely with real estate firms that are in the business of acquiring, syndicating and managing commercial real estate on behalf of TIC owners. As an advisor, TIC Consultants is continually evaluating TIC real estate offerings and monitoring active TIC properties on behalf of clients.
